How To Submit Artwork

To help avoid errors and streamline the ordering process, please use the following guidelines when submitting artwork for custom imprinted products. Images used for websites are not suitable for artwork. Always retain a copy of your files to protect against loss or damage.

ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS

Adobe Illustrator v10 or lower (ai or eps)
Adobe PhotoShop (psd)
Encapsulated Postscript (eps)
TIFF bitmap (tif) (600 dpi or greater)
Windows bitmap (bmp) (600 dpi or greater)
JPG Bitmap (jpg) (600 dpi or greater)
GIF (gif) images are not accepted.

SENDING ARTWORK BY DISK
Accepted disk formats include floppy disk, CD, and DVD.
Mail to: Oliver Specialties, Inc., P.O. Box 2259, Traverse City, MI 49685.
When finished, we will gladly return your disk.

SENDING ARTWORK BY E-MAIL
Send to artwork@oliverspecialties.com. If possible, please limit file size to eight megabytes or less. In addition, please fax a copy of your artwork to 231-941-1766 so we can confirm your e-mail submission.
