We understand the need to see some samples. However, due to the demand for samples, you will be charged for the sample and shipping, and a handling charge of $10.00 per item.

When you place an order for the item within 30 days of receiving the sample, a credit for the sample and the handling charge will be applied to your order.

Samples are provided with random imprints, and are not returnable.

"SPEC" SAMPLES
What is a "spec" sample? It is a speculative sample ... one which can be provided with your custom imprinted logo or design and in your chosen color.

Sometimes, it is hard to visualize how your advertising specialty item will look when finished. And sometimes a paper proof just does not represent it well. Rather than order several hundred items and be disappointed, for a small charge up front, we can imprint the promotional item in which you are interested and send it to you. The spec sample charge will be applied to your order, even if you change the imprint size, color, etc.

Since a spec sample takes as long as an actual order for several hundred pieces (approximately 10-21 working days), this service can only be offered on non-rush, non-deadline orders.
